Scholz Polska Sp. z o. o. is a subsidiary of the Scholz Group, a German concern with almost 150 years of history, specializing in trade, processing and comprehensive recycling of steel and metal scrap, and having advanced end-of-life vehicle processing capabilities. Organizationally, the Scholz Group consists of numerous subsidiaries and shares with locations in Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, USA and Mexico, constituting a global network of enterprises, thanks to which it is one of the few recyclers who offer all activities related to with the processing of metals and steel scrap at every stage of the waste management process.

The Scholz Group is wholly owned by the Chiho Environmental Group (CEG), the largest in China and one of the largest listed global scrap recycling companies, with extensive activities in the recycling of scrap ferrous and non-ferrous metals, end-of-life vehicles, electronic scrap and the production of aluminum ingots from aluminum scrap. Internationally, the CEG Group is active on three continents: Europe, Asia and North America.
