Baker & Sons, Inc. is a family owned and operated business and has been a part of Maryland's Eastern Shore business community for over 60 years.At our facility we take the time to properly manage Construction and Demolition debris in an environmetally-senstive way. R.B. Baker is a MDE approved disposal/recycling location, based in Queen Anne's County Maryland. We are Conviently located 15 mins. east of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, just off US 301. The construction & demolition material we recycle is processed into marketable end-products used to minimize negative impacts to our natural resources.We are the Owner/Operator of Baker Rubble Landfill in Queen Anne's County Maryland.We are a licensed and permitted business by the state of Maryland and a Member of Queen Anne’s County Chamber of Commerce.

YARD SAFTEY PROCEDURES

• Watch out for heavy equipment.
• Make eye contact with the operator before moving around mobile equipment.
• Follow instructions of the traffic directors and the inspectors.
• Only enter the unloading areas when instructed.
• Exit vehicle and stay in the designated area if your vehicle is unloaded with mobile equipment.
• Do not climb on or take material from piles.
• Observe “No Smoking” and “Do Not Enter” signs in the plant.
• Watch out for pedestrians while driving (especially when backing up).
• Watch out for other vehicles while driving (obey stop signs).
• Report any injuries to the R.B. Baker office right away.
