P. Flanigan and Sons was founded in 1885 to serve the infrastructure needs of Baltimore City as it grew and modernized.  And even now, constructing and maintaining infrastructure for an ever-advancing society remains our focus. We focus on two main business areas: construction and material supply.

Flanigan constructs and maintains infrastructure including roadways, airports, and railroads.  Our team experience, project management expertise, environmental approach, and dedication to safety make us a top choice for area property and facility managers.  Our commitment to value ensures we are always competitive in both the public and private sector.

We produce a wide range of asphalt and recycled aggregate products, manufacturing all types of Hot Mix Asphalt, Warm Mix Asphalt, Foamed Asphalt, and Cold Patch Asphalt.  We also produce high quality crushed concrete for use as road bed including state approved graded aggregate base.  Our locations are convenient to major highways and have onsite AASHTO approved quality control labs.  We take pride in engineering high value road construction products at low cost and low environmental impact.
