MCRC has been manufacturing low dust Comfort Zone Cellulose since 1979. Family owned and operated.As our business grew, we relocated to our 50,000 sq. ft., 15 acre facility where we also operate our MRF (material recovery facility) which accepts and processes all types of recycling material. In 2012 we were voted Iowa’s top recycling center. In 2006 we finished a complete remodel of our insulation manufacturing process. The new equipment has allowed us to more than double our production capacity and incorporate many efficiencies and upgrades. Comfort-Zone Cellulose Insulation® Natures Insulation™

Comfort-Zone gives you the highest R Value per inch, higher than fiberglass or rockwool. Comfort-Zone's high density helps suppress air infiltration by completely filling in around wood framing members, plumbing, electrical wiring and other obstacles. Giving you a much tighter seal.

Comfort-Zone is a safe product for you and your family. Because of its permanent fire retardant treatment, Comfort-Zone has been shown to slow the spread of fire. Plus, because Comfort-Zone is made from natural noncarcinogenic wood fibers, there are none of the health concerns associated with fiber glass and rockwool
