Maresia BV was founded in Kaatsheuvel in 1962 and is now 50 years old! Maresia is also co-founder of the trade association STIBA (1985). In 1975, major investments were made for the first time for the benefit of employees and, most importantly, the environment.Maresia has a number of customer groups in which a clear change in emphasis can be observed in recent years; from private customers to business customers (business-to-business).Maresia meets the most modern requirements in the field of car dismantling and car recycling. Liquid-tight floors have been installed in the renovated building to prevent oil and other liquids from running into the ground. Four different sewage systems have been installed to separate and purify the liquids from cars, rainwater, wastewater and water that has to be discharged via the outside area.
