Mack’s Recycling dates back to the year 1955. Founded by Paul McCartney from Urbana, Illinois, it has remained locally owned and family operated for nearly 60 years. Starting with one location on Kerr Avenue in Urbana, Mack’s Recycling has since expanded to a second location. In 1996, Mack’s Twin City Recycling opened its doors on Lincoln Avenue. In the more recent years, we have undergone renovations to better service our customers. These changes have made our business a cleaner and environmentally friendly recycling center. With the remodeling of the facilities came a convenient drive-thru service, which makes recycling with Mack’s Twin City easier than ever.

Our business is in its fourth generation and has continually transferred our family values of honesty, dependability, and generosity into our everyday business operations. We set ourselves apart from our competitors by providing a friendly and knowledgeable staff, as well as playing an active role in the community. Furthermore, unlike other recycling businesses in surrounding areas, at Mack’s Twin City Recycling the owner plays a vital role.
