From a small scrap yard in Brooklyn New York, Fortune has grown to become one of the largest buyers and recyclers of metals, plastics and electronics in the industry today. With twenty facilities throughout the United States, and Mexico, the Fortune Group is recognized as a leader throughout North America handling over 350 million lbs of material annually. Serving a wide variety of industries, Fortune caters to the environmental as well as the proprietary concerns of its customers and can manage the total destruction of their material in its recycling process. Fortune Recycling Company strives to provide "one-stop" service. With Fortune Group's extensive business and facility networks, we are capable of handling and providing asset recovery services both locally, and nationally.Fortune Group's services are catered to our clients specific requirements after detailed communication to understand the materials to be handled. We will work with our client's on operations and logistics, EH&S, transportation and reporting to ensure complete management of their materials.In addtion to sorting and managing our client's scrap materials, we are also able to physically destroy items if there is a concern about proprietary technology or "gray" market sales. We are equally committed to meet or exceed our customer requirements, to continually improve our processes, to prevent pollution and work place injuries, and to maintain compliance with relevant environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and data security legislation and regulations.
