The  Energo-Trans-Met company  has been on the market since 1999. At the beginning of 2012, it underwent a transformation related to a change in its legal form and a modification of the company's name. Purchase of non-ferrous metals and steel scrap Włodzimierz Ćwiek transformed into Energo-Trans-Met Spółka Jawna W. Ćwiek i Wspólnicy.
