17th December, 2018: Scrap Gold, Silver and Platinum Prices Fell on Index

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined modestly Monday, 17^th December, 2018 on the ScrapMonster Price ndex. Platinum scrap prices too slumped on Index.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 4.19 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 5.39 and $ 6.57 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 2.70 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 7.29 per Oz to touch $ 571.63 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too closed on the lower side at $12.00 per Oz, edging lower by $ 0.08 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 3.98 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap were down $ 5.09 and $ 6.22 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 2.55 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by $ 7.29 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices witnessed fall of $ 0.07 per Oz.
