28th April, 2016: Chinese Aluminum Scrap prices fall on Index

BEIJING (Scrap Monster): The Chinese Aluminum scrap prices declined marginally on the Scrap Monster Price Index on April 28^th, Thursday.

6063 Extrusions witnessed a price decline of CNY 300 per MT over the previous day. Aluminum Ingots too dropped by CNY 300 per MT. The prices of Aluminum Radiators and Aluminum Transformers declined by CNY 200 per MT each. E.C Aluminum Wire prices dropped by CNY 300 per MT to touch CNY 12,450 per MT. Old Cast prices too witnessed a down move of CNY 300 per MT. The prices of Old Sheets saw a down move of CNY 300 per MT. UBC and Zorba 90% INF prices declined by CNY 100 per MT each from the previous day levels.

Meanwhile, Brass Radiator prices too declined by CNY 100 per MT to CNY 29,600 per MT over the previous day. Red Brass and Yellow Brass prices too dropped by CNY 100 per MT each.

Stainless steel scrap prices mostly remained flat during the day.

201 SS prices held steady when matched with the previous day.

The prices of 304 SS Solid and 304 SS Turning too remained flat on Apr 28^th, 2016.

309 SS and 310 SS prices remained unchanged over the previous day.

316 SS Solid and Shred SS prices witnessed no change over the previous day.
