University Place Refuse and Recycling provides curbside residential garbage collection weekly (for customers with GRAY carts) or every other week (for customers with BROWN carts). We offer several sizes to accommodate any household: 24, 48, 64, and 96 gallon carts are available. TIMES & CLEARANCES All garbage, mixed recycling and yard waste carts must be at the curb by 6 a.m. for pickup – we recommend placing your carts out the night before.
