Refuse Solutions, Inc. is a family owned and operated company, serving the Black Hills of South Dakota with quality and pride.  Randy & Teresa Ruby and Tony & Becky Dean moved to the Black Hills in March of 2009 from Minot, ND.  They purchased Trash Busters and changed the name to Refuse Solutions, Inc.  Here at RSI we pride ourselves in our reliability and our friendly customer service.  We are proud to be serving the Black Hills area!  We purchased Northern Hills Recycling of Belle Fourche in 2014 with the hopes of reducing the amount of garbage being landfilled.  We built a new recycling facility in Belle Fourche and also offer curbside recycling in Belle Fourche.
