The Macomber family has been servicing the mid Cape Cod area with rubbish removal since 1921. The same family continues to operate under the management of Edward A. Macomber, a well known, trusted name in the town of Barnstable.

• RESIDENTIAL - Curbside or in yard pick up service is available weekly or every other week in the towns of Barnstable, Dennis, Yarmouth, Mashpee, and Sandwich.

• COMMERCIAL - We have from 2 to 30 yard containers. They can be serviced weekly for businesses or on call at construction sites.

• RECYCLE - Macomber's is pleased to offer No-Sort Recycling, all clean recyclables can be put in same container. Pick up is every other week.

• ROLL-OFFS - 15 yard and 30 yard roll offs are available for building & roofing material, fixtures, furniture and carpet remnants. Macomber's will deliver roll-offs throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.

NO-SORT RECYCLING

Macomber's is pleased to offer our customers a more expanded recycling program. All recyclables must be clean but they no longer need to be sorted. You are allowed up to two (2) 30-gallon cans or four (4) 15-gallon recycle bins.Everything need to be ready by 7:00 a.m. on your pick-up day. A separate truck and driver will remove your recyclables.

NOT ACCEPTABLE:

• window glass, mirrors and light bulbs

• dishes, Pyrex, ceramics

• foam packaging, styrofoam, plastic bags

• plastic wrap, or shrink-wrap

• recyclables containing food waste, paint, or oils

• hazardous material or household trash

Commercial Service

Our Commercial Service includes containers and walk in service. We also carry 2 - 8 cubic yard containers along with  15 - 30 yard construction container roll offs. They can be serviced weekly for businesses or on call at construction sites. 

Our Residential Service includes:

• Curb Service (within 3 feet of the street) weekly or every other week

• In Yard Service (we come in and retrieve your cans in the yard) weekly or every other week

• Roll Away Carts (96 gallons, pictured at right)
