Shipping
When applicable, all orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service. Applicable crating, wrapping and hazardous material fees will be charged. Interstate has established freight discounts with several common carriers and unless a freight company is specified at the time of order, will ship on the carrier offering the best discount and service to your area. Orders should be immediately inspected upon receipt and damaged freight should be refused with immediate notification to Interstate. Please contact your customer service representative in order to receive damaged or missing goods freight claim procedures.
Warranty
Interstate RV offers no warranty on its products either express or implied. We limit our liability to product replacement and will not incur any additional expenses resulting from carelessness or improper handling and application procedures used by the purchaser. Products not directly produced by Interstate RV offer these same specifications unless noted by management.
Sales Terms
All orders are C.O.D., unless an open credit account has been established with Interstate Metal. There is a $35.00 returned check fee. All customers subject to sales tax must have a current sales tax exemption form on file with Interstate at the time of order. All prices are set at management's discretion and are subject to change with one (1) working week's notice.
Will-call Orders
Will call orders may be placed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and may be picked up at Interstate between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the specified date given by the order desk. Special Arrangements may be made with customer service should the need arise. It is recommended that you call to verify if your order has been completed before you leave.
Return Policy
Upon management's inspection, refunds or credits will be issued for returned stock items only. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any additional fees associated with return packaging and freight. No refunds will be given on special order or non-stock items.
