Customers that contract with GreenMouse to have their electronic waste removed can depend on its friendly and hard-working team to collect and properly recycle their unwanted equipment. Computers, TVs, monitors and other items are recycled or repurposed as much as possible in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the State of California (Department of Toxic and Substances Control). GreenMouse has created a single set of standards that serve as a basis for following those guidelines.

Our corporate customers are issued a unique tracking number, which can be tracked from the point of pick-up to its end-of-life destination. Additionally, customers can access their information to include date, time, tracking number, content, and weight.

Our commitment is to prevent e-waste from being sent outside the United States for processing or "dumped" in landfills or incinerators. Most e-waste collected by our company is processed at GreenMouse Recycling for the purpose of creating local jobs. Other items, such as televisions and monitors are processed at a leading California State approved recycling facility - ERI. ERI is e-Stewards, R2 and ISO 14001 Certified. These certifications provide a high level of consumer confidence that the recycler conforms to the standards required for responsible recycling and reuse of electronic equipment.
