Dore Metal Services supplies and distributes an unrivalled range of aluminium extrusions and we also stock, aluminium sheet and plate, stainless steel, brass , copper, bronze, titanium and other exotic metals. We have supplied aluminium for various military work including the manufacture of pallets to carry missiles, and continue to supply all types of metal to make components for the manufacture and repair of nuclear power plants. Dore Metal Services have suppliedaluminium for stages for large shows featuring Take That, Kylie Minogue and Cirque Du Soleil. The company was founded in 1969 by Peter Dore, supplying local companies, we now service the entire UK. We started in Kent and still remain in Sittingbourne in a 30,000 sqft warehouse unit. Ian Hunter joined Dore in 1988 and successfully performed a management buyout with his wife in 2000. The company now employs 23 people and the shortest serving member has over 2 years experience. We have a very stable and loyal team who each have the customers best interest at heart. The company ethic is that the customer always comes first. Doré Metal Services has been a leading supplier and distributor of metal for over 45 years. Our services include-

• We also supply and distribute aluminium sheet and plate, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze, titanium and other exotic metals.
• We offer a comprehensive cutting service and we can supply materials, polished, drilled, fabricated, anodised, painted and any metal related service that is required.

We have a large range of different customers that include general engineers, precision engineers, sheet metal workers and fabricators. Distribution

We deliver all over the UK serving the South to the Midlands on our own 5 vehicle fleet, offering deliveries next day on most occasions. We are able to receive orders up to 5pm and still offer next day service nationally. We also use a drop off point in the Midlands to enable customers to collect at their own convenience. We back this up with a next day delivery service by carrier to any destination within the UK and Ireland. Our own vehicles can carry up to 3 tonnes per delivery but when this is exceeded we use outside haulage to compliment our own services.
