In the late 1980s, the business changed hands and was purchased by Jim Boris. In 1995, Dennis and Shawn Girard acquired the company and, just a few years later in 1999, rebranded it as C.I.A. Salvage—short for “Cash In Advance.” In 2000, the facility underwent a major expansion to better serve the growing needs of its customers.
