Since its establishment back in 1926 Charles Trent Ltd (known simply as Trents or Charlie Trents to many) has grown to become one of the UK's leading experts in vehicle recycling providing solutions to help drive down the costs of motoring for the general public and trade alike. We employ over 200 members of staff and have an annual turnover of circa £30 million.

We are a fourth generation family run company with over 90 years' experience across all sectors within the vehicle management and auto recycling industry. We have made significant developments to position ourselves at the forefront of the vehicle recycling industry, continually investing in our sites, staff, processes and services to increase the scale of our operation. Currently, we collect, store, process and re-sell almost 50,000 vehicles annually across our two sites in Poole, Dorset and Rugby Warwickshire. Our sites feature specialist vehicle dismantling and depolluting equipment enabling us to recycle over 95% of each and every vehicle that arrives on site. Our clients include some of the UK's largest insurance companies.
