With more than 15 years of experience, Bradley knows the ferrous and non-ferrous metal recycling industry at every level—from buying and selling to operations management. In 2008, Bradley became founder and co-owner of Beck’s Recycling in Manchester, NY. His experience building successful teams and growing a business from the ground up gave Bradley practical knowledge in all aspects of the scrap metal industry. In 2011, Empire Recycling acquired Beck’s Recycling. Bradley continued to increase business and improve efficiencies there as Operations Manager through 2013.
