Blue Lakes Disposal, Inc. is a family owned and operated waste disposal service based in Brainerd, Minn., serving the lakes area for over 30 years.  Blue Lakes was founded by Dewayne Collins, Sr. with just a single truck and a goal of providing Quality Service to his customers.  Today the company operates numerous trucks providing service to more than 20 communities.  It is still dedicated to providing Quality Service to its customers through timely service with safe and superior drivers, who seek to surpass their customer’s needs.  Blue Lakes provides residential and commercial trash service, as well as, roll-off service and recycling services.

Commercial  Services

We at Blue Lakes Disposal provide our customers with a variety of service options.We offer our commercial customers several options including: tots and dumpsters; our dumpsters come in the following sizes: 2 yard, 4 yard, 6 yard and 8 yard. We can also offer compactor rental. We can provide our commercial customers with garbage, recycling and cardboard services. Pick up can be scheduled for on-call to seven days a week.

Roll-Off Service

Whether you’re planning a remodel project, doing some spring cleaning or a total demolition we can help you complete that project with the use of one of our roll-off bins.  We have a variety of sizes to suit any project size.  You can choose from: 8 yards, 10 yards, 12 yards, 20 yards or 30 yards.  

Recycling

Blue Lakes Disposal has provided customers with a free recycling service for years. We offer many of our customers curbside recycling in the form of a plastic tote. For most of our customers we have co-mingled service where you can mix the glass, plastic and metal but please seperate the paper.

When preparing your recycing please take the following into consideration:

• Place paper in a paper grocery bag

• Rinse and remove lids from glass bottles and jars and place in paper bag

• Rinse, remove lids and flatten plastic containers (we only excpt plasitc 1, 2 & 5)

• Rinse clean and crush metal can

Community Service

We at Blue Lakes Disposal know that Quality Service does not end with providing service at your house or your business. Quality Service continues onto how we live and participate in our community.At Blue Lakes Disposal we are committed to being active in service within our community. Staff members are proud to be part of groups like Rotary, Lions, American Legion, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Sons of the American Legion and various churches.
