Auto Plas (North West) specialises in the recycling of car bumpers and other automotive parts. We offer a free of charge nationwide collection service based in Warrington, Northwest. Cages or stillages can be supplied to bodyshops producing 20 or more bumpers per month.

Auto Plas granulate the plastic they collect and it is sold back into the automotive industry for re-use. The service is provided FREE ofcharge for the collection of car bumpers, wheel arch liners and side skirts and they will take any make or size of bumper. The collections are carried out by two staff operating a 7.5 tonne box vehicle. The bumpers are stacked on the wagon in such a way as to ensure the maximum weight possible. For this reason Auto Plas need the bumpers whole and not cut up. It doesn’t matter if the bumpers have lights or any other fixings attached to them as they are stripped before the granulation process. Auto Plas schedule their calls to suit your work load. From their experience they have found that a bodyshop repairing around 25 cars per week will produce approx 50 bumpers per month and would need a collection around every eight weeks.
