HHW Collection Events

The City’s Household Hazardous Waste collection program allows Deerfield Beach residents to bring hazardous household items to the DOC (Drop-Off Center) for safe disposal. The contractor reserves the right to refuse any material that is not acceptable. 

• Residential waste only - No business, school, or government waste 
• No explosives, ammunition, flares, or fireworks (call your local fire department) 
• No medical or infectious waste 
• No containers over 5 gallons 
• Total volume may not exceed 25 gallons per visit
