JVP Praha as is a manufacturing company focused on plastics processing. Since its inception, it has specialized mainly in the production of plastic parts using vacuum forming technology. In 2003, our company obtained the I SO 9001: 2008 certification granted by the TÜV CERT organization. ISO 9001: 2015 certification in force since 2018 . In 2013, our company obtained the VDA 6.1: 2010 certification granted by the TÜV CERT organization. VDA 6.1: 2016 certification in force since 2018 .
The company's registered office is at Thámova 21/34, 186 00 Praha 8. JVP Praha as is divided into two production plants. The main production plant in ŽÄárná, where all major plastic production and other related secondary production is concentrated. Furthermore, the MÄ›lÄany production plant focused on wood production.
Our company considers it necessary to protect the environment, and therefore pays attention to the ecological processing of waste materials that arise during the vacuum forming of plastics. It recycles these waste materials itself and uses them further in its production.
Waste plastic materials are crushed into small granules in special machines. The roughness of the granulation can be regulated and thus supply granular plastic in various sizes. This plastic crumb is returned to the plastics supplier, who then reprocesses it into plastic plates, which are already used as standard for production.
The company JVP Praha as offers other plastics processors processing, recycling of plastic waste or its purchase.
Further management of waste, which is generated both in production and throughout the company, is governed by applicable regulations and standards for the management of ordinary and hazardous waste. However, we continue to look for other ways to reduce the burden on the environment through recycling and further use of residual material and waste sorting.
