Bob Isom and founded ISI in 1991. Through leadership and vision, ISI began to grow and branch out into the heavy industrial manufacturing area, building components in the ISI shop and then leading crews in the field to complete various projects.

Years of experience designing and manufacturing custom equipment, knowledge of steel structures, buildings, tanks, vessels, pipe and valves, welding and metal working knowledge, led ISI to become the “go to” company for small and large complex industrial projects.
