Brass Radiator scrap price was down by $0.01 per Lb on Index.

TORONTO (Scrap Monster): The North American aluminum scrap metal prices tumbled on ScrapMonster Price Index as on March 23^rd, Tuesday. Copper, Brass and Bronze scrap prices declined on Index. Stainless Steel scrap prices witnessed no change over the previous day. Also, Steel scrap prices held steady on Index.

Copper Scrap Prices

The price of Alternator scrap witnessed no change on Index. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing and #2 Copper Wire and Tubing prices were down by $0.08 per Lb. The price of #1 Copper Bare Bright too dropped by $0.08 per Lb.

The prices of #1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery dipped by $0.02 per Lb over the day. #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery prices were down by $0.01 per Lb on Index. #3 Copper-Light copper prices tumbled by $0.08 per Lb from previous day’s level.

The prices of Copper Radiator scrap witnessed a decline of $0.01 per Lb from previous day’s levels. Copper Transformer Scrap prices saw no change on Index. Cu Yokes prices too were unchanged. Cu/Al Radiator Ends prices held steadyfrom the previous day.

Meanwhile, the prices of Cu/Al Radiators and Cu/Al Radiators/Fe held steady on March 23^rd, 2021.

Harness Wire 35% Recovery and Heater cores prices were down by $0.01 per Lb each on Index.

The price of Romex Wire witnessed a decline of $0.02 per Lb during the day.

The prices of Scrap Electric Motors, Sealed units, Starters and Xmas Lights recorded no change from previous day price levels.

Aluminum Scrap Prices

1100 Scrap prices were down by $0.01 per Lb over the day. The prices of 3003 Scrap too declined by $0.01 per Lb. The prices of 356 Aluminum Wheels, 6063 Extrusions and 6063 Extrusions/Fe too were down by $0.01 per Lb.

The prices of 5052 Scrap dropped by $0.02 per Lb over the day.

6061 Extrusions saw marginal decline of $0.01 per Lb.

The prices of Al/Cu Radiators/Fe and Al/Cu Radiators witnessed no change on Index.

Aluminum Radiators prices were unmoved.

Aluminum Radiators/Fe prices held steady. Aluminum Transformers and Breakage 50% Recovery prices remained unchanged on 23^rd March, 2021.

Chrome Wheels and E.C Aluminum Wire prices saw marginal decline by $0.01 per Lb and $0.02 per Lb respectively.

Litho Sheets and MLC Clips dropped marginally by $0.01 per Lb each.

Mixed Aluminum Turnings prices saw no change.

The prices of Painted Siding, Old Cast and Old Sheet dropped marginally by $0.01 per Lb each.

UBC and Zorba 90% NF prices were down by $0.01 per Lb each.

Steel Scrap Prices

#1 Bundle prices remained flat over the previous day.

The prices of #1 Busheling and #1 HMS too witnessed no change on 23^rd March, 2021.

HMS 80/20 prices held steady on Index.

Sheet Metal, Shredded Auto Scrap and Structural Steel also reported no change in prices in comparison with the previous day.

Stainless Steel Scrap Prices

201 SS and 301 SS prices reported no change.

304 SS Solid prices too remained flat over the previous day.

304 SS Turning witnessed no change in prices on March 23^rd, 2021.

309 SS and 310 SS prices saw no change in price on a daily basis.

330 SS prices were flat from the prior day.

Meantime, 316 SS Solid prices too remained unchanged on Index.

Brass/Bronze Scrap Prices

The Brass/Bronze Scrap prices in the North American region declined on Index.

70/30 Brass Scrap, 80/20 Brass Scrap and 85/15 Brass Scrap prices reported decline by $0.02 per Lb each on Tuesday, March 23^rd, 2021.

Brass Radiator scrap price was down by $0.01 per Lb on Index.

Brass Radiator /Fe and Brass Radiator Ends prices maintained the previous day price levels.

Red Brass, Red Borings and Yellow Brass prices were down by $0.02 per Lb each on Index.
