ITAD Major Declared Opening of New Processing Facility

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Madison, Wisconsin-based information technology asset disposition (ITAD) company Cascade Asset Management announced opening of its new processing facility in Orlando, Florida. This is the company’s third location, in addition to the ones in Madison and Indianapolis. Also, this is Cascade’s first processing facility outside of the Midwest.

According to the company press release, the new facility will offer services to businesses and institutions in the region. It will process wide range of electrical devices including computers, mobile devices, data centers and peripheral hardware.

Commenting on the new facility, Neil Peters-Michaud, CEO of Cascade Asset Management noted that the Orlando facility has the geographical edge, being a central location capable to reach out to all parts of the Florida state. The company had been planning the expansion since the summer of 2020, but the works had to be put on hold due to Covid-19 pandemic. Orlando was selected as the site for the new plant, after evaluating a number of locations across the country, he added.

The new 15,900-square foot facility is located at 4428 36th St. in Orlando and is equipped with all the latest technologies.
