Hilmand LLC (Woodbridge, VA, USA) is purchasing HMS 1 & 2 (80:20) of U.S. origin for ongoing shipments to our steel mill client in Pakistan.

Specs:
• HMS 1 & 2 (80:20), clean heavy melting scrap
• Thickness: generally >6 mm for HMS 1 portion
• No galvanized/tin/painted/SS, no sealed items or closed containers
• Free from dirt, stones, tires, and other non-metallics
• Radiation-free with standard inspection certificate if needed

Volumes:
• Trial: 1×20’ container (~25 MT)
• Ongoing: 500–1,000 MT/month after successful trial

Commercial:
• Pricing: Please quote USD/MT – FOB (your loading port) AND CIF Karachi (Port Qasim)
• Payment: Irrevocable LC at sight (confirmed)
• Inspection: SGS/BV or equivalent as required
• Packing: Loose/containerized acceptable
