Shredded HMS (PNS Grade) – Trial 1×20’ ? Monthly Program

Hilmand LLC (Woodbridge, VA, USA) is purchasing Shredded HMS (PNS Grade) of U.S. origin for our South Asian steel mill client.

Specs:
• Shredded HMS (PNS Grade), clean and uniform
• Target density: 70–80 lb/ft³ (or supplier’s standard)
• Free from sealed/pressurized containers, flammables, excessive dirt/non-metallics
• No radiation/contamination; inspection certificate acceptable (SGS/BV or equivalent)

Order Plan:
• Trial: 1×20’ container (~25 MT)
• After successful trial: 500–1,000 MT/month

Commercial:
• Pricing: Please quote USD/MT – both FOB (your U.S. port) and CIF Karachi (Port Qasim)
• Payment: Irrevocable LC at sight (confirmed by a U.S. bank)
• Documentation: Photos + packing list + weight ticket required
• Loading: Any U.S. port (East/Gulf/West) – containerized acceptable
