Copper and Aluminum Scrap Prices Rise Across China on the Index- November 3, 2025
Heater Cores prices were up by CNY 50 per MT on Monday, November 3, 2025.
BEIJING (Scrap Monster): The Chinese aluminum scrap prices witnessed a jump on ScrapMonster Price Index as of Monday, November 3, 2024. Copper scrap prices were up from the previous day. Meanwhile, Brass, Bronze, Stainless Steel and Steel scrap prices held steady.
Copper Scrap Prices
The #1 Copper Bare Bright prices were up by CNY 250 per MT.
#1 Copper Wire and Tubing price saw a jump of CNY 250 per MT.
The price of #2 Copper Wire and Tubing also increased by CNY 250 per MT.
#1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery prices were up by CNY 100 per MT over the previous day’s price. The price of #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery witnessed no change when compared with the day before.
Copper Transformer and Cu Yokes scrap prices were unchanged.
Cu/Al Radiators saw no change in prices.
Harness Wire 35% Recovery prices held steady over the previous day.
Heater Cores prices were up by CNY 50 per MT on Monday, November 3, 2025.
In the meantime, Scrap Electric Motors and Sealed Units prices witnessed no change on the Index.
Aluminum Scrap Prices
6063 Extrusions recorded an increase of CNY 300 per MT over the previous day.
Aluminum Ingots also edged higher by CNY 300 per MT.
The prices of Aluminum Radiators and Aluminum Transformers increased by CNY 150 per MT each.
E.C Aluminum Wire prices were up by CNY 300 per MT on the Index.
Old Cast and Old Sheet prices recorded increase by CNY 300 per MT on November 3, 2025.
The prices of UBC and Zorba 90% INF prices saw an increase of CNY 150 per MT each from the previous day.
Steel Scrap Prices
#1 HMS prices held steady on November 3, 2025.
Cast Iron Scrap also reported no change in prices.
Stainless Steel Scrap Prices
201 SS prices held steady on the Index.
304 SS Solid and 304 SS Turning prices were flat on the Index.
309 SS and 316 SS Solid prices recorded no change when compared with the prior day.
310 SS scrap prices were flat as of November 3, 2025.
Shred SS prices witnessed no change over the previous day.
Brass/Bronze Scrap Prices
The Brass/Bronze Scrap prices in China recorded no change from the previous day.
Brass Radiator scrap prices were unchanged as of Monday, November 3, 2025.
Red Brass and Yellow Brass prices too were flat on the Index.
