TOKYO (ScrapMonster):   The Federal Reserve System will decrease its monthly bond-purchasing program at its September meeting.  Analysts at Nomura Bank says that despite robust growth continues to elude the U.S. economy, the trend is in the right direction.  That is the reason that forced Federal Reserve to decrease its monthly bond-purchasing program at its September meeting.

“The combination of slower economic momentum and continuing low inflation increased the probability that FOMC could alter its intended path of monetary policy. However, we expect, as long as incoming data gradually improve and remain relatively in line with market consensus, the FOMC will start tapering its asset purchases at its 17-18 September meeting,” the analysts say.
