July 22, 2025: Scrap Gold and Silver Prices Increased, Platinum Dipped on the Index
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices edged higher by $ 16.61 per Oz.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked moved higher from the previous day as of Tuesday, July 22, 2025 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. In the meantime, the prices of Platinum scrap declined over the day.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 17.56 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap also were up by $ 22.51 per Oz and $ 27.49 per Lb respectively. 9-carat gold scrap prices increased by $ 11.26 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a modest decline of $ 14.59 per Oz to reach $ 1,060.14 per Oz. Silver scrap prices saw an uptick of $0.15 per Oz.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices edged higher by $ 16.61 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap also went up by $ 21.29 and $ 25.99 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also increased by $ 10.64 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a decline of $ 14.59 per Oz to reach $ 1,060.14 per Oz. Meanwhile, Silver scrap prices inched higher by $0.14 per Oz from the prior day.
