Toyota Tsusho America Completed Acquisition of Radius Recycling

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. - the U.S. subsidiary of Japan-based Toyota Tsusho Corporation announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the Portland, Oregon- headquartered leading North American metal recycling company Radius Recycling.
The deal pledges to expedite Toyota Tsusho's journey towards carbon neutrality and provide long-term benefit to all stakeholders and communities, in addition to furthering the company's strategic goals.

After the deal closes, Radius Recycling will remain based at its current headquarters in Portland, Oregon, according to a news release from the company. The business will keep its personnel, management, and brand. Radius Reyccling's common shares will be removed from the Nasdaq Capital Market following the transaction.
