March 28, 2025: Scrap Gold and Silver Prices Increased, Platinum Flat on the Index
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 24.40 per Oz.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked moved higher from the previous day as of Friday, March 28, 2025 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. In the meantime, the prices of Platinum scrap held steady over the day.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 24.40 per Oz. The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap also were up by $ 31.33 per Oz and $38.27 per Lb respectively. 9-carat gold scrap prices increased by $ 15.66 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed no change from $ 711.62 per Oz. Silver scrap prices saw an uptick of $0.27 per Oz.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices edged higher by $ 23.11 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went up by $ 29.63 and $ 36.19 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also increased by $ 14.82 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed no variation from $ 711.62 per Oz. Meanwhile, Silver scrap prices inched higher by $0.25 per Oz from the prior day.
