Steel Technologies acquires TMF Center

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Steel Technologies LLC (“Steel Technologies”) announced that it has closed on the purchase of TMF Center, Inc. (“TMF”).
TMF Center is a manufacturer of complex metal components with a full suite of value-add machining and fabrication capabilities. TMF Center produces components from steel bar, steel plate, and castings and ships product to over 40 domestic and international locations in the heavy equipment industry. TMF is located in Williamsport, Indiana and performs CNC machining, robotic welding, welding, powder coat painting, grinding, sawing, and forming, in addition to high volume component manufacturing.
