According to the company, the Rauma sawmill will possess maximum sawing speed of 250 metres per minute. The sawline is three times faster than conventional sawline and has a capacity of over 40 logs per minute. The optimised curve sawing technology allows the logs to be precisely sawn in accordance with its shape. The DX sawing features four arbours instead of the traditional two. The automation and intelligent software minimises the need for manual work.

Also, the sawmill features single central control room. The operators will analyse the data collected from each work stage and monitor the processes from the control room. This will ensure efficient and uninterrupted production and high-quality end products.
