Miller Lumber Declared Acquisition by Kodiak Building Partners
Miller Lumber operates two traditional lumberyards at Bend and Redmond, Oregon, which is covered by the transaction.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Kodiak Building Partners- the U.S.-based investment firm that specializes in building materials business acquisitions announced that it has acquired The Miller Lumber Company-one of the oldest businesses in Central Oregon.
The company press release said that Charley Miller will remain president of Miller Lumber. Also, Harry Miller will continue as vice president and Connie Marshall as the CFO. In addition, Charley and Harry have been elected to become a part of the Kodiak Building Partners ownership group.
