SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): DS Smith is celebrating two years as a Strategic Partner of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, promoting circular economy. The company had entered into partnership with the Foundation in May 2019. Incidentally, DS Smith continues to be the only packaging Strategic Partner of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
Through the partnership, DS Smith has committed to integrate circular economy principles into its design process. The company has also been educating its customers on the circular economy to give them the knowledge and tools needed to accelerate the transition. Furthermore, it has challenged and supported itself and its customers to adopt circular principles.
