21st January, 2020: Scrap Gold Prices Surged, Platinum and Silver Unchanged
In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 1.44 per Oz.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked edged higher marginally on Tuesday, 21st January, 2020 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. However, the prices of Platinum and Silver scrap reported no change on Index.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 1.44 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap also went higher by $ 1.85 per Oz and $ 2.27 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap prices increased marginally by $ 0.93 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed no change on Index. Silver scrap prices too held steady at $14.86 per Oz.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 1.37 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went up by $ 1.75 and $ 2.14 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also increased by $ 0.87 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed no change at $740.79 per Oz. Silver scrap prices were unchanged over the previous day.
