The daily scrap gold, silver and platinum prices declined on 22nd June, 2016.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined Wednesday, 22nd June, 2016 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Platinum scrap prices too slumped.
In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 4.40 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 5.64 and $ 6.89 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 2.82 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 2.92 per Oz to reach $ 710.60 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too closed slightly on the lower side at $14.16 per Oz, edging lower by $ 0.13 per Oz.
In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 4.16 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap were down $ 5.33 and $ 6.52 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 2.67 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by $ 2.92 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices witnessed a fall of $ 0.12 per Oz.
