Scoop Dooty was founded in 2024 by Richmond Holly and Bobby Meche, two entrepreneurs with a passion for offering solutions to everyday challenges. The idea sparked when Richmond’s oldest daughter moved back home after college, bringing their household dog count to three and taking dog waste removal challenges to a whole new level. With a history of professional service-based businesses, Richmond recognized an opportunity to help busy pet parents manage one of the least enjoyable parts of dog ownership: cleaning up after their pets.

As long-time friends and work colleagues, Richmond and Bobby combined their strengths to bring this idea to life. Richmond’s business expertise and Bobby’s organized, operational mindset made them a strong team, united by a simple mission—take on the mess so clients can enjoy their pets, without the hassle of constant cleanup.
