In the Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices recorded jump, rising by $84.82 per Oz during the week.
The prices of 18-carat and 22-carat gold scrap also recorded notable increases by $ 108.75 per Oz and $ 132.81 per Lb respectively. The chart below depicts the weekly price movement in 18-carat gold scrap:
9-carat gold scrap prices increased modestly by 3.77% week-on-week. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a jump of $ 13.12 per Oz to reach $ 1,152.01 per Oz. Silver scrap prices recorded a notable surge of 5.83% over the week.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14-carat gold scrap prices inched higher by $ 80.20 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap also went up by $ 102.82 and $ 125.59 per Oz respectively. Also, 9 carat gold scrap prices were up by 3.77%.
The price of Platinum scrap closed the week at $ 1152.01, recording an increase of 1.15% from the opening price of $1,138.89 per Oz. The weekly price movement in non-hallmarked platinum scrap prices is depicted in the following chart:
