IAMGOLD Announced Robust Q2 Output; Lifted FY Cost Guidance

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): IAMGOLD Corporation announced financial and operating results for the second quarter 2025.

The second quarter's attributable gold production was 173,000 ounces, while the year-to-date production was 334,000 ounces. Increased output is expected in the second half of the year due to the steady operation of the Cote Gold nameplate throughput and the expected grade increases at Westwood and Essakane. According to a news release, the company is still on schedule to meet its production goals for the entire year 2025.

For the second quarter, the adjusted net earnings attributable to equity holders were $77.3 million, while the net earnings were $78.7 million. 182,000 ounces were sold throughout the quarter, bringing the total revenue to $580.9 million. The quarter's EBITDA came to $283.8 million. For the second quarter of 2025, the net cash from operational operations was $85.8 million.

IAMGOLD's president and CEO, Renaud Adams, stated that the business has produced 334,000 ounces of gold so far this year and has reported adjusted EBITDA of $481 million. Adams went on to say that the firm anticipates better performance in the second half of the year and greater output forecasts across all of its facilities.
