On a location spanning more than 50 acres in the Loxley Industrial Corridor, the facility will be constructed. It will be established with a roughly $61 million capital investment spread across two stages. Additionally, up to 100 employment will be created as a result.

The company intends to set up its engineering departments, North American headquarters, and the production of premium stainless steel components, spools, and cryogenic pipe systems during the first phase. This phase is anticipated to be officially launched by this fall. In the second phase, two cutting-edge stainless steel welded pipe mills will be integrated, and the cryogenic production portfolio and fabrication capabilities will be expanded.

According to Adrian Rochofski, CEO & Managing Director of Butting USA, the company chose Baldqin County as the site for the plant because of the area's general appeal as a place to live and work, its trained workforce, its close proximity to important transportation connections, and its friendly business community.
