Clean Vision Breaks Ground on West Virginia Plastic Recycling Plant
The finalization of the offtake agreement is in progress, it noted.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Leading technology solutions provider Clean Vision Corporation announced the groundbreaking of its Clean-Seas West Virginia (CSWV) plastics recycling facility in Belle, West Virginia. The new plastic pyrolysis plant will have an initial processing capacity of 50 tons-per-day (TPD).
Speaker of the House Roger Hanshaw, West Virginia State Treasurer Larry Pack, officials for U.S. Senators Shelley Moore-Capito and Jim Justice, and Congresswoman Carol D. Miller were among the dignitaries who attended the ceremony.

More than 40 well-paying technical and operational jobs are anticipated to be brought to the area in the first phase of the plant. The project's second phase of expansion intends to increase the plant's capacity to 200TPD. As a result, over 100 full-time positions will be created. Feedstock agreements have already been signed by the plant. It stated that the offtake arrangement is still being finalized.
Dan Bates, CEO of Clean Vision Corporation stated that the facility marks a new chapter for West Virginia's clean energy future. According to Bates, the company is moving forward with commissioning the facility, and it should be operating by the fourth quarter of this year.
The new facility is anticipated to help West Virginia reduce its plastic waste, thereby positioning it as a leader in clean energy innovation.
