SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): In Worldstar 2025, Smurfit Kappa's inventive and environmentally friendly packaging skills were recognized. The business received ten honors in all. The accomplishment demonstrates the company's capacity to produce goods that excel in every way.
eCommerce egg pack, ventilated fruit tray, fresh produce speed tray, insert for toy packaging, bag-in-box pack for cleaning supplies, tropical plant tray, point-of-sale wine display, paper-based pack for plant-based meals, Safe&Green fruit and vegetable punnet, and paper-based cable drum are among the company's Worldstar 2025 winning products.
The company goes above and beyond in every job, as evidenced by the award-winning projects. For example, the box assembly automation on the corrugated fruit tray is powered by a solar energy plant. The tropical plant transportation pack is expected to save the customer about 12.4 tons of plastic annually. Additionally, the category's top prize went to a point-of-sale wine display with lights and replica wine cases.
