Kaiser Aluminum CEO Harvey to Become Chair as Hockema Retires

Kaiser Aluminum said late Monday that Jack Hockema has retired as Chair effective January 1 and will be succeeded by CEO Keith Harvey.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Kaiser Aluminum said late Monday that Jack Hockema has retired as Chair effective January 1 and will be succeeded by CEO Keith Harvey.
'Keith and I have worked closely together since I joined Kaiser nearly 30 years ago, and I am confident he will continue to guide the company well and enhance value for all of our stakeholders in his new role as chairman,' Hockema said.
Kaiser named Kimberly Glas, CEO of the National Council of Textile Organizations, to take Hockema's seat on the board; her term will expire at the company's next annual shareholders meeting.
