DS Smith Recognized at the 2024 Paper Industry Gold Awards

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Packaging leader DS Smith, in a press release, announced that it has been honoured with the Skills Award at the 2024 Paper Industry Gold Awards. The annual awards are organised by the Confederation of Paper Industries (CPI) in recognition of exceptional industry achievements.

The Award recognised DS Smith’s wide-ranging and comprehensive skills development work and training, mainly offered through three programmes- the DS Smith Way, the DS Smith Graduate Programme, and the DS Smith Talent and Learning Programme.

The DS Smith Way allows colleagues and customers to develop Lean skills and empowers them to find improved ways of working, leading to continuous improvement. The 2/3-year Graduate Programme plays key role in equipping graduates with industry knowledge, essential skills, and management behaviours. The DS Smith Talent Development Plan, developed in partnership with business partners and leaders, offers curated learning programmes to progress careers and build stronger businesses.
