ERI Certified by e-Stewards Performance Verification Program

This follows evaluations after unannounced on-site inspections and randomly delivered GPS trackers.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): ERI, the fully integrated IT and electronics asset disposition provider and hardware destruction company, announced that it has successfully passed the standards of the e-Stewards Performance Verification (PV) Program. The inspection comprised of surprise random checks as well as GPS tracking.

e-Stewards program is an initiative by the Basel Action Network (BAN), which offers market-based solution to help individuals and organizations identify and promote electronics recyclers who manage discarded electronic items in adherence to highest  environmental and social responsibility standards.

According to the recent report published by the BAN, a total of 18 e-Stewards certified recyclers at 22 locations, including ERI, were found working in compliance with right practices during the period between 2021 and 2022. This follows evaluations after unannounced on-site inspections and randomly delivered GPS trackers.

ERI was included in the list of twelve locations that demonstrated good behaviour in downstream waste management via EarthEye GPS trackers in 2021. Also, the company was featured among the ten companies that successfully fulfilled expectations in the unannounced inspections performed in 2022.
