SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Fort Wayne, Indiana-headquartered Steel Dynamics, Inc. (SDI) announced leadership promotions.
According to company press release, Christopher Graham will assume responsibility of the company’s Flat Roll Steel Group. He will continue to report to Barry Schneider, President and Chief Operating Officer. Also, Mr. Graham will remain as the interim lead for the company’s Long Products Steel Group for the time being.

Richard Poinsatte, who has been responsible for the company’s treasury, risk, and legal applications, has now been promoted to Senior Vice President of Steel Dynamics. He will continue to report to Theresa Wagler, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Also, Angela Reeve has been promoted to Vice President of Steel Dynamics in recognition for her leadership and contributions to the company’s people, families, and communities. Christopher Gionti, who has been responsible for the company’s Structural and Rail Steel Division as its General Manager since 2014, has been promoted as Vice President. Daniel Keown, the general manager of Columbus Flat Roll Steel Division has been promoted as Vice President.
Mark D. Millett, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer noted that the company is pleased to recognize these five individuals for their outstanding leadership and positive impacts within the company.
