SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Germany-headquartered Wieland Group announced acquisition of Duncansville, Pennsylvania-based Small Tube Products- a leading producer of small-diameter and thin-wall specialty tubing made of copper, copper alloys and aluminum. The transaction came to a close on 31st July, 2023.
Further to the closing of the transaction, Small Tube Products has become part of the Thermal Solutions business unit, continuing its operations under the Wieland brand.
